The YHZM20 Compact Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is designed for small and medium-sized construction projects that require flexible on-site concrete production in a space-saving configuration.
Equipped with an MPC500 planetary concrete mixer, the plant provides intensive and uniform mixing of cement, aggregates, water and admixtures. Its integrated mobile design combines the aggregate batching system, weighing units, screw conveyor, concrete mixer and horizontal cement silo in a compact structure, helping simplify site installation and equipment relocation.
The plant has a theoretical capacity of 20 m³/h and features a PLD800 aggregate batching machine with three bins for organized aggregate storage and batching. The 20-ton mobile horizontal cement silo provides convenient cement storage, while the LSY219 screw conveyor supports efficient cement feeding.
With its compact wheeled frame, the YHZM20 is suitable for residential and commercial construction, road construction and repair, municipal projects, infrastructure works, remote construction sites and other applications where mobility and efficient use of space are important.
