– Das hydraulische Hebesystems des Stangenladers vermeidet während der
Materialzuführung, dass die Stange die Oberflächen des Schneidschraubstocks
berührt und schont diese, wie auch die Oberfläche der Stange.
– Der nach jedem Schnitt automatisch zurückgeschobene Stangenlader vermeidet,
dass die Stange das Sägeblatt berührt, wenn der Kopf hochfährt. Auf diese Weise
werden die Materialoberflächen und die Hartmetallzähne des Sägeblatts geschont.
– Die Hartmetall-Blattführungsleisten gewährleisten, dass die Schnitttoleranzen
eingehalten werden.
GARANTIERTE PRODUKTIONSLEISTUNG
– Der von einem Servomotor angetriebene Vorschub des Sägekopfes
aufLinearführungen mit vorgespannten Kugelumlauflagern und die
elektromagnetische Kupplung gewährleisten die Verringerung der mechanischen
Schwingungen beim Schneiden und eine längere Lebensdauer des Sägeblatts.
– Das Vorschubsystem mit 500 mm Hub ist wiederholbar und eignet sich für alle
Längen. Es kann auch heruntergeklappt werden, um die Zuführung von ungeraden
Stangen zu erleichtern.
– Das in zwei Positionen schwenkbare Werkstück-Entladesystem, trennt
automatisch den Endbeschnitt und den Ausschuss von den produzierten Werkstücken
und optimiert so den Produktionsprozess.
