- Be careful, fraudsters may disguise themselves as well-known companies, making minor changes to the name. Do not transfer funds if the company name is in doubt.
- Substitution of own details in the invoice of a real company
- Before making a transfer, make sure that the specified details are correct, and whether they relate to the specified company.

The plant was imported from Germany and commissioned in 2010 with an initial investment value of approximately EUR 990,000. Since its installation in Diyarbakır, Türkiye, it has been operated exclusively by a single company.
The facility has produced approximately 800,000 tons of asphalt and accumulated only around 4,000 operating hours, which is considered relatively low compared to similar plants of its age.
As the company shifted its focus to other areas of construction activities, the plant has not been in active operation in recent years. Throughout this period, all equipment has been carefully preserved and maintained. The plant remains at its original installation site and has never been relocated.
The LINTEC CSD3000, with a nominal capacity of 240 tons per hour, is offered for sale as a complete facility including aggregate feeding systems, drying drum, drag conveyor system, filtration unit, mixer, bitumen tanks, automation system, and all auxiliary equipment.
An experienced foreman who operated the plant for many years will be available to assist with dismantling, transportation, and reinstallation processes.
