Madpatcher — це сучасне обладнання, створене на основі перевірених технологій західних виробників. Машина призначена для ліквідації ям та інших дефектів дорожнього покриття шляхом наповнення їх сумішшю щебеню та бітумної емульсії — без фрезерування чи використання гарячого асфальту. Немає потреби попередньо розчищати чи вирівнювати ділянку — процес ремонту повністю автоматизований.
Madpatcher — автономна установка із власною енергосистемою. Може монтуватися на будь-яке шасі вантажівки з вантажопідйомністю від 15 тонн (самоскиди, платформи, причепи).
Технологія ремонту виглядає наступним чином:
Видалення бруду та пилу з місця пошкодження стисненим повітрям.
Обробка поверхні емульсією під тиском.
Заповнення ями сумішшю щебеню та емульсії.
Засипання дрібною фракцією щебеню для фінішного шару.
Через 5 хвилин після заповнення ділянка повністю готова до руху, включаючи важкий транспорт. Завдяки низькій температурі виходу суміші (приблизно 40°C) не виникає мікротріщин між ямою та матеріалом, що виключає проникнення води і подальше пошкодження морозом.
Система підігріву підтримує потрібну температуру емульсії за рахунок теплообмінника, що працює на основі тепла з охолоджувальної системи двигуна. Це дозволяє працювати при температурі до +5°C без додаткового нагріву пальником — економія на паливі. Madpatcher може працювати навіть на вологому покритті (за відсутності калюж).
Установка обладнана телескопічною стрілою з радіусом дії до 4 метрів. Усі елементи управління розміщені на пульті, що рухається разом зі стрілою. Оператор має змогу точно регулювати подачу матеріалу. Для роботи достатньо лише двох працівників: водія та оператора.
