Hinsichtlich dieser Regel ist das Heben von Personen nur mit Flurförderfahrzeugen in Verbindung von Gabelzinken erlaubt,
wenn in der Betriebsanleitung vom Trägerfahrzeug unter "Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung" dies eindeutig beschrieben ist.
Das Flurförderfahrzeug muss eine ausreichende Tragfähigkeit besitzen. Die Tragkraft des Trägerfahrzeuges muss mindestens das 5-fache der geplanten Hubhöhe besitzen.
Die Tragkraft ist zusammengesetzt aus dem Eigengewicht der Arbeitsbühne und dem Gewicht der mitfahrenden Person inkl. Zuladung.
