New CZ Screen MS OMEGA vibrating screen

New in our offer for 2025. A double-deck, twin-motor screener in a version with a longer screen and a frame that allows the discharge of screened material by conveyor in up to 3 different directions. This is a type of screener for stationary use with conveyors for material discharge. Structurally, the MS OMEGA is based on the MS BIG and MS GIANT screeners, but the screens are longer and with a lower inclination, which ensures higher efficiency of the screener. It is suitable for loaders and excavators with a bucket width of up to 180 cm and a capacity of up to approx. 1.0 m³. The screener can be equipped with Sorters for two fractions, which allow sorting into two fractions and oversize. After the installation of a divider, the sorted material will remain in front of the screener or can be discharged by conveyors. The MS OMEGA screener is suitable for placing behind a crusher for further sorting of crushed material or for incorporation into a recycling or production line. Transversely tensioned screens guarantee maximum efficiency of the MS OMEGA screener. Robust construction, replaceable screens, and a capacity of up to 70 tons per hour are the main advantages of the MS OMEGA screener. We supply the screener only with three-phase (400V) power supply.
