The hydro bin filler is a product designed by Burg for filling storage bins with floating and non-floating fruit, such as apples and pears. This bin filler is used in combination with a (pre) sorting line, after which the sorted fruit, coming from the exit of the grading machine, has to be stored in storage bins.
The bins are filled with product in a fruit-friendly way. The bin is filled by means of a water stream that brings the fruit to the bin, while the bin is submerged in water.

Der Unterwasser-Kistenfüller ist ein Produkt von Burg, das zum Befüllen von Lagerkisten mit schwimmenden und nicht schwimmenden Früchten wie Äpfeln und Birnen entwickelt wurde. Dieser Kistenfüller wird in Kombination mit einer Sortieranlage verwendet, nach der das sortierte Obst von einem Ausgang in Lagerkisten gelagert werden muss.
Die Kisten werden auf fruchtfreundliche Weise mit dem Produkt gefüllt. Die Kiste wird mit Hilfe eines Wasserstrahls gefüllt, der das Obst in die Kiste befördert. Die Kiste wird dann vollständig untergetaucht.

De onderwater kistvuller is een door Burg ontworpen product voor het vullen van voorraadkisten met drijvend en niet-drijvend fruit zoals appels en peren. Deze kistvuller is gebruikt in combinatie met een sorteerlijn waarna het gesorteerde fruit van één uitgang, moet worden opgeslagen in voorraadkisten.
De kisten worden op een vruchtvriendelijke manier gevuld met het product. De kist wordt gevuld door middel van waterstroom die het fruit naar de kist voert. De kist is dan volledig ondergedompeld.

- Door de vulbak in de grond te graven zijn de opvoerband en weegband niet meer nodig. De eerste waterbak kan dan direct aan de sorteermachine geplaatst worden. Waardoor de totale lengte van de machine 720 cm wordt.
