Ease of operation is ensured by the presence of a vibration motor mounted on the screening mechanism. The sifter, in turn, is mounted on vibration-absorbing supports. This mechanism allows to avoid additional movements when loading raw materials on the sifter. All you have to do is to place the raw material on the sieve. High-frequency vibrations ensure that the raw material is effectively thrown through the grid into the main hopper. Particles of your raw material that exceed the size of the grid will not fall into the hopper, but will be sifted out, thanks to the inclined design of the mechanism. Also screw conveyor has the possibility of connecting a frequency converter to regulate the speed of the motor, which makes it possible to adjust the speed of feeding raw materials to your needs.
