Le granulateur d'aliments et de granulés GRAND-200 PRO sera un assistant indispensable et fiable dans la production d'aliments composés et de granulés combustibles, tant pour la maison que pour l'entreprise. Les principales caractéristiques du granulateur sont les suivantes :

Une autre application très utile des granulés de la série GRAND est la ligne technologique pour la production d'aliments pour animaux. Une telle composition d'aliments composés pour lapins, poulets, bovins, poissons et porcs sera utile, calorique et facile à digérer. Lorsque la biomasse passe à travers le groupe de pressage, qui se compose de rouleaux de pressage et d'une matrice plate à double face avec des trous radiaux, elle est chauffée, ce qui a un effet sanitaire positif et réduit la probabilité de présence de champignons et de bactéries vivants dans les granulés. La matrice a une durée de vie de 600 à 800 heures de fonctionnement dans des conditions respectant les règles d'utilisation de l'équipement et la qualité des matières premières. Le granulateur doit être entretenu régulièrement, comme indiqué dans les instructions fournies avec l'équipement. Le mélange à granuler doit être mélangé jusqu'à homogénéité et avoir une teneur en humidité de 10 à 18 %.
