The productivity of the press reaches 6 liters per hour of finished products. The electric motor is powered by a frequency converter, which also receives power from a standard 220 V single-phase power supply. An important feature is that the frequency converter, receiving a single-phase voltage of 220 V at the input, outputs a three-phase voltage of 380 V at the output. Consequently, even those users who have only a single-phase network in their households have the opportunity to operate the MP-50 oil press motor in a full-fledged three-phase mode at a voltage level of 220 V, at which the rated power of the motor is used as efficiently as possible. Thus, the oil press MP-50 "Maslyatko" is driven by a three-phase electric motor, for the full operation of which it is enough to connect to a single-phase power supply.

The oil production process:
The raw material is placed in the hopper and, passing through the flap, enters the auger.
The auger crushes the seeds and moves them to the pressing chamber, which consists of a cylinder with holes, a screw shaft that creates pressure, a pressing cone and an adjustment nut.
The cake is removed through a gap in the nut, and the oil is removed through the holes in the chamber cylinder.

Features of the oil press:
The transmission speed of the engine is carried out through a special gearbox, which ensures the maintenance of the required speed of the working shaft.
As a result of processing, vegetable oil comes out through special holes on the working part. To ensure that the oil is not splashed, a special metal chute is installed on the body of the auger part of the butter chopper model.
For loading oilseeds, the design of the oil press provides a loading hopper.
The seed feed is regulated by means of a metal striker located between the feed hopper and the working chamber of the equipment.
The processed raw material is discharged through a filter located on the working part of the equipment. It can be easily removed during the maintenance of the auger part after the work is completed.
