Overview
This Krones Modulfill filling and capping monoblock
manufactured in 2012
is designed for the filling and closing of glass bottles in beverage production lines. The machine is equipped with 60 filling valves and 12 capping heads and is specified for an output of approx. 15,000 bottles per hour. The machine was observed in operation with a current output of approx. 14,990 bottles/hour. It is adjusted for 0.75 l and 0.33 l glass bottles. The capping machine is suitable for plastic screw caps. The system is operated via a Krones iPanel CD and is installed in a stainless steel and glass safety enclosure. Operating data indicate 41,381 operating hours
