System Components and Operation
1. Cooking Unit (Optional)
The sugar, glucose, and water mixture is prepared in an external cooking tank and then transferred to this machine. (Versions integrated with a cooking unit are also available.)
2. Rope Forming
The prepared mixture is fed into the machine and formed into a rope of the appropriate diameter. The thickness can be adjusted with a manual or motorized rope sizer.
3. Die Forming
The rotating die system creates hard candies of the desired shape, size, and motif. The die sets are interchangeable.
4. Cooling (Cooling Plate or Short Conveyor)
The shaped candies are allowed to harden at room temperature on a cooling plate or short conveyor.
5. Manual Separation and Collection
Due to its semi-automatic design, cutting and collection are performed manually under operator supervision.

2. Şeritleme (Rope Forming)
Hazırlanan karışım, makineye alınarak uygun çapta bir şerit (rope) haline getirilir. Manuel ya da motorlu rope sizer ile kalınlık ayarlanabilir.
3. Kalıplı Şekillendirme (Die Forming)
Dönen kalıp sistemi sayesinde istenilen şekil, boyut ve motifte sert şekerler oluşturulur. Kalıp setleri değiştirilebilir yapıdadır.
4. Soğutma (Cooling Plate or Short Conveyor)
Şekillendirilen şekerler, soğutma tablası veya kısa soğutma bandı üzerinde oda sıcaklığında dinlendirilerek katılaşır.
5. Elle Ayırma ve Toplama
Yarı otomatik yapısı gereği, kesim ve toplama işlemleri operatör gözetiminde elle yapılır.
