Overall, I have had a good impression of the Kato SS500 crane's performance, but I had to go through some trouble with it 2 years ago. The system of the travel hydraulic cylinders failed. We replaced the pneumatic valve. Everything was fine afterwards, but the problem recurred after 3 days, so I had to find an experienced mechanic. Since the repair, everything has been fine up to this day.

I can briefly say about the crane, after a month of usage, all the paint on the installation will peel off, and after two months, all the hoses will start leaking...

It was a bit problematic, maybe a factory defect, had to tinker with the hydraulic motor and the rotation mechanism reducer, the parts are not cheap, and supply was done through the dealers. If it weren't for this, the impressions would have been positive, but there's a fly in the ointment overall.

A little better than our garbage, but still far from European standards. It tends to break quite often, but so far, the repairs are not expensive because it is made in China and finding spare parts for it is not difficult.

Rented the Liebherr LTF 1035 mobile crane for a year. This is a relatively new machine that meets Euro5 standards. The equipment is compact and maneuverable, while also having a high lifting capacity of over 30 tons. The mobile crane is easy to operate, thanks to its highly accurate onboard computer. The operator's cab pleasantly surprised me. It has everything for comfortable work: ergonomic chair, air conditioning, and a navigator. If I ever need to rent a crane again, I won't even consider other options.

I have a construction company, and after 3 years since its foundation, I decided not to rent but purchase a machine. I preferred the Liebherr LTM 1100 mobile crane based on the advice of friends. The equipment is easy to operate. A friend, who has experience with this model, had previously mentioned some shortcomings - the bypass key is intended solely for emergency lowering of the load when the lift limiter is triggered, not for lifting the load. The ballast is usually unloaded on the chassis only after the mobile crane is positioned on its supports. As for the electrical system, in case of a breakdown, it is necessary to immediately contact the service center, without attempting to solve the problem independently.

The birdhouse is uncomfortable; I wish it were more spacious, you know. The steps should be wider. Other than that, the crane seems to work fine.

The crane is good, it has air conditioning and a heater so you don't freeze in winter and don't go crazy from the heat in summer. It handles all tasks with any load. There's a lot of electrical stuff, but you can figure it out, and there's all kinds of fancy plastic in the cabin, so it looks fancy. In terms of quality, of course, there's no comparison with those Ivanovs and others, because it's German, and that says it all.

Bought the Kato KR35H in leasing, it's a 96-year model. A month ago, we started experiencing suspension issues. Checked the coils on the suspensions, found and replaced two burnt ones. The mechanic advised turning off the PTO. And they unlocked the suspension.
