The Crusher body is composed of three main parts, of which, the hydraulically rotating upper body and the stationary lower body could easily be dismantled.
Crushing Takes Place In Three Successive Impact Zones In The Crushing Chamber:
• Zone 1: Primary crushing occurs by throwing the material by blow bars to the upper crushing plates
• Zone 2: The material passing through this zone is reduced at even higher rate accelerated by blow bars and new feed
• Zone 3: Shaping zone or grinding zone, the length of the grinding path affects the rate of coarse grain and cubicity
